Douglas County Corrections says a man in custody at the corrections center has died.
They say 44-year old Jason Rudy was found unresponsive in his cell Wednesday night.
The County Corrections Director says personnel immediately started C-P-R, which Omaha Firefighters continued, but Rudy was declared deceased at a hospital.
County Corrections says Rudy was jailed last December on four counts of Arson.
Under Nebraska law, a grand jury will eventually investigate the death.
