(Iowa City, IA) -- The University of Iowa Athletics Assistant IT Director is facing charges of enticing a minor, and dissemination of inappropriate material to a minor.
Mark Sevcik appeared in court yesterday.
Prosecutors say he used social media to message a minor obscene videos and images between last August and last month. Police say he also interfered with official acts when they tried to seize his phone before he was detained.
