(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Turnout was strong last night for a meet and greet with the four finalists for the job of police chief in Cedar Rapids.
Many in the crowd were CRPD officers, and based on signs and stickers seen, there is a clear favorite. David Dostal is a captain with the CRPD, and many attendees showed support for his candidacy.
All the candidates were extensively interviewed yesterday. Now the city manager will trim the list down to two.
