(Moline, IL) -- Police are releasing the identity of a woman found dead in her car in Moline, and have arrested her boyfriend.
Investigators found Victoria Tillotson fatally shot Wednesday in a car parked at an apartment building on 25th Street.
Police say David McAdams and Tillotson were dating. He faces several charges including First Degree Murder.
