(Le Claire, IA) -- The Le Claire Police Department has identified the female victim who was hit and killed by a car outside a bar.
Police were called around 11:00 p.m. Saturday, February 10th for a vehicle-pedestrian accident at Riverview Roadhouse.
Upon arrival, officers located the victim dead at the scene, who has been identified as 44-year-old Leslie M. Powell of Bettendorf.
36-year-old Molly Vance is charged with OWI and homicide by vehicle.
She is scheduled to appear in court February 20th.
