(Clinton, IA) -- A new street along Clinton's riverfront is being considered.
Clinton City Council member Pat Determan thinks the road is worth the investment as he says it will connect the downtown district to the Lyons district.
Determan adds it will help Clinton businesses and have an upward trend of new infrastructure.
In a Tuesday council meeting, there were concerns about how much the road will cost, but they have proceeded with the proposal to the finance board.
