(Iowa City, IA) -- The road construction project on Rochester Avenue is expected to resume next month.
The project is expected to resume sometime in the middle of March, weather permitting. The project includes work on the water main, sidewalks, roadways, and traffic signals. Detours will be posted during the project, which is expected to continue into the fall.
