(Iowa City, IA) -- A former Iowa City delivery driver is charged with theft.
Prosecutors say 38-year-old Matthew Pierce marked 219 packages as lost, but GPS data shows he never delivered them.
Police say he admitted to trading nearly $6,300 in packages for drugs or giving them away as gifts.
He faces five years in prison.
