(Davenport, IA) -- A man is dead after losing control of his vehicle while fleeing Iowa State Patrol troopers in Scott County.
ISP says 20-year-old Javier Villarreal was trying to get away from officers at around 12:40 a.m. Sunday, March 3 when his 2011 Nissan Maxima left the road near the intersection of North Brady Street and East 53rd, and crashed.
No one else was involved in the crash.
Villarreal died from his injuries.
