(Rock Island, IL) -- One person is in custody, and warrants are out for two others in connection with the Rock Island Livestock Auction Barn fire.
Police say 21-year-old Matthew Wooddell was arrested and charged with arson and animal torture. 22-year-old William Kosgard the fourth, and 18-year-old Kadon Svec are sought on the same charges.
All three men have been charged with criminal damage to property in the past.
The February 24th fire destroyed a three block area, killed a cow, and displaced 23 others.
