(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A man charged with fatally shooting another man who accused him of making too much noise while the victim was trying to sleep is going to jail.
Brandon Johnson of Cedar Rapids was found guilty on a charge of second-degree murder in Linn County court yesterday.
He'll be sentenced in May.
