(Black Hawk County, IA) -- The investigation into a body found on the Cedar River in Black Hawk County is continuing.
The County Sheriff's Office says the man was canoeing along the river and came ashore to make camp. Investigators say they believe the man may have tripped into the campfire he'd made. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His identity has not yet been released.
