(Carroll County, IA) -- A former Iowa teacher receives the maximum sentence after pleading guilty to sexual abuse of students.
Former IKM-Manning teacher Cassidy Kraus was sentenced Tuesday to up to 33 years in prison. Earlier this year she pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including third-degree sexual abuse and disseminating obscene material to minors. She was initially arrested to for sexually abusing three boys between the ages of 13 and 14.
She will be required to register as a sex offender.
