(Davenport, IA) -- A local community college is offering a fast-track to becoming a substitute teacher.
For $100, you can take a two-Saturday class at Eastern Iowa Community College, and be qualified to substitute teach in Iowa this fall. The first class is this Saturday.
There is a shortage of teachers in Iowa, and around the country.
