(Davenport, Iowa) -- A downtown Davenport, Iowa apartment building has been evacuated.
Tenants of the eighteen units at 401 Fourth Street West have been forced to leave after the city condemned the building Tuesday.
The city of Davenport says structural engineers found several issues with the building, but did not go into detail.
Davenport's Development and Neighborhood Services Department is providing assistance to affected residents.
The partial collapse of a downtown apartment building last Memorial Day weekend left three men dead and dozens homeless.
Several lawsuits over the collapse are still pending.
