(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A Cedar Rapids woman is pleading not guilty to killing the father of her child.
Charmisha Pirtle will stand trial July 30th on a second-degree murder charge, accused of fatally stabbing Anthony Fitts in January.
Prosecutors say Pirtle admitted to stabbing Fitts with a kitchen knife during an argument.
