(Manchester, IA) -- Seven dogs and a cat were found dead on a property in Manchester last week.
That's what the Delaware County Sheriff's Office says they discovered when they removed 43 other animals from Rebecca Salow's residence.
Police were investigating a complaint about unlicensed dog breeding and sales.
Charges against Salow are pending.
