(Iowa City, IA) -- The Iowa City Police Department's looking for a person of interest in a financial crime investigation. Police say the woman is white, has dyed red hair, and her hands are covered with blue dye. Police say the woman was last seen wearing a purple long-sleve shirt or tie-dyed jacket. Police say they are investigating crimes that took place at multiple locations on Friday, April 5th.
