(Des Moines, IA) -- Iowa-based Hy-Vee is buying an Indiana grocery store chain.
Strack & Van TIL's twenty-two stores in northwest Indiana will keep their name and operate as a subsidiary of Hy-Vee.
It's Hy-Vee's largest acquisition and their first move into Indiana.
