(Harrison County, IA) -- A western Iowa man is charged with 1st Degree Murder in Harrison County. Deputies were called to a rollover crash in Modale, Iowa Sunday afternoon, where they found 22-year Sebastin O'Brien. The Sheriff's Office says O'Brien became combative and was taken into custody. The man who owned the vehicle later found dead in his residence.
Modale is 30-miles north of Council Bluffs.
The criminal investigation is underway by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation and Iowa State Patrol. The deceased male was transported to the Iowa Office of the State Medical Examiner in Ankeny where a forensic autopsy will be performed this week.
