(Iowa City, IA) -- Iowa City Police make an arrest connected to a shooting that caused a lockdown at City High last year.
Investigators say 39 year-old Lawrence Russell was taken into custody and charged with being a felon possessing a gun. Police say evidence recovered at the scene of the shooting led to Russell as the prime suspect.
He's denying any involvement in the shooting.
