(Iowa City, IA) -- An Iowa City man is sentenced to more than two decades in federal prison in connection to an overdose death.
Dione Mobley was sentenced to 27 years in prison after having been involved and distributing a substance that resulted in death. Lugene Shipp was also convicted in the fatal overdose and sentenced to 25 years in prison.
