(Davenport, IA) -- The state of Iowa is investigating another Quad Cities elected official.
The Iowa's Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board received a complaint against Scott County Sheriff Tim Lane.
The complaint says Lane used patrol cars and deputies to campaign at the Bettendorf Halloween parade in October.
Lane is denying any wrongdoing.
