(Iowa) -- State Auditor Rob Sand is recommending a number of public-sector jobs remove the requirement for a four year degree.
Sand's office released a study suggesting dozens of state jobs would benefit from the change, with more applicants eligible to apply. Sand says that increased eligibility could help fill open positions in the state's workforce.
