Rock Island Parents Sound Off About Issues With School Facilities

(Rock Island, IL) -- Parents voiced concerns about the poor state of Rock Island schools at a public input meeting last night.

Newly-hired superintendent Dr. Sharon Williams heard about issues with aging classroom facilities and heating and air conditioning at Rock Island High School.

She's holding four public input sessions ahead of developing a new facilities improvement plan.

The next session is May 30th at Washington Junior High.
