(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Cedar Rapids Community School District is heading back to the drawing board after releasing details of a community survey into their recently rejected facilities plan.
A majority of the over nine-thousand survey respondents want a new plan that renovates Harrison Elementary rather than tearing it down.
60-percent of voters rejected the existing facilities plan in November.
