(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A local animal shelter is full and is offering a deal to free up space.
Cedar Rapids Animal Care and Control is lowering adoption fees through the end of the month, and waiving fees on animals at the shelter more than three months.
All their animals have been spayed, neutered, and vaccinated.
