(Davenport, IA) -- The city of Davenport must release recordings of closed meetings, and documents concerning settlement agreements signed with three employees last Fall.
That was a judge's ruling on a subpoena for the records from Iowa State Auditor Rob Sand's office.
The city tried to block access to the videos and meeting minutes citing attorney-client privilege.
The judge says he'll review the videos and decide whether they're relevant to the Auditor's investigation of whether the city violated Iowa's Open Meetings Laws.
