(Troy Mills, IA) -- A Cedar Rapids motorcyclist is recovering from serious injuries after losing control of the bike on Monday.
Investigators say the motorcyclist ended up in a ditch Monday near Troy Mills. The driver was taken to a nearby hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries. The motorcyclist is facing multiple citations, including having an open container, driving with a suspended license, having no insurance, and more.
The driver is expected to make a full recovery.
