(Linn County, IA) -- The Linn County Sheriff's Office is looking for an inmate who did not return to the Linn County Correctional Facility on Tuesday after being released on furlough.
The Sheriff's Office says 37 year-old James Slocum was supposed to return at 8 o'clock Tuesday evening but failed to do so. He's serving time for failing to register as a sex offender.
