(Des Moines, IA) -- The race for the Democratic nomination in Iowa's District 3 congressional race is being called. WHO 13 is calling the race for Mt. Pleasant native Lanon Baccam. Incumbent Republican Zach Nunn is running unopposed and will be Baccam's opponent in November.
