Iowa Murder Suspect Thought Killings Would Make A Good Movie

(Linn County, IA) -- The suspect in a triple murder in Iowa told investigators he thought the killings would make a good movie.

34 year-old Luke Truesdell of Marion, Iowa is charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of Romondus Cooper, and Keonna Ryan of Cedar Rapids, and Amanda Parker of Vinton.

Brent Brown from Marion was also attacked by Truesdell, and is reported to be in hospital with no signs of brain activity. Truesdell is charged with his attempted murder.

Police haven't said if the suspect knew the victims.

Truesdell is due back in court next Friday.
