(Wilton, IA) -- A southeast Iowa candy store has made a national list of the top ten best candy stores in America, again.
The Wilton Candy Kitchen in Wilton, placed 9th on USA Today's 2024 list of the Top Ten Best Candy Stores in the U.S.
Last year, they placed 3rd.
The Candy Kitchen was established in 1860, as a confectionary by Wilton Pioneer, Robert A. McIntyre.
It features an old fashioned charm with an ice cream parlor, restaurant, a century old soda fountain, and free museum.
They see 35,000 guests each year.
