The National Weather Service says Quad Cities says an issue with the phone company has led to stations in Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, Delaware, and the Quad Cities being off the air.
Other ways to get weather and warning information include: Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) on cell phones and weather apps, TV, Radio, Outdoor Sirens, the National Weather Service website, and friends/family.
