(West Des Moines, IA) -- A Johnston man facing charges, accused a placing a hidden camera in a West Des Moines Target store's dressing room.
25 year-old Blake Devens was arrested on Tuesday after investigators say he placed a digital camera that looked like a pen inside the dressing room. The West Des Moines Police Department says Target's loss prevention team found the device, thinking it was a pen, only to take it apart and find it was a video and audio recorder.
Devens was arrested then released on bail. He's due in court on July 5th.
