(Des Moines, IA) -- The Des Moines Police Department releases the identity of the city's 10th traffic-related death of the year.
The victim is identified as 24 year-old Jerome Mozee of Des Moines. Police say the crash happened a little after 2am on Wednesday, June 29th in the 1800 block of 2nd Avenue. Mozee was pronounced dead at the scene and was not wearing a helmet.
Of Des Moines' ten traffic deaths so far this year, five have involved motorcycles.
