(Iowa City, IA) -- A University of Iowa professor has agreed to resign after an investigation into harassment complaints against him.
The Cedar Rapids Gazette reports that the University, Attorney General's Office, and Board of Regents are entering a settlement agreement with Thorsten Rudroff that will see him resign rather than be fired.
He's also barred from contacting any of the students who filed the complaints.
Rudroff worked as an assistant professor in the UI College of Liberal Arts and Sciences’ Department of Health and Human Physiology.
The University is not releasing the details of their investigation.
