(Hudson, IA) -- One person is dead after a tanker crash in Black Hawk County.
The Iowa State Patrol says the crash happened Tuesday afternoon when a tanker was hit by a pickup truck after the pickup failed to stop at a stop sign. Invesgiators say the driver of the tanker lost control, and the vehicle tipped on its side and eventually landed in a ditch. The driver of the tanker was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the pickup was not hurt.
The crash remains under investigation, and so far, no charges have been filed.
