(Davenport, IA) -- A Davenport woman is accused of abandoning her baby.
Sadayah Lynn Kirk is charged with child endangerment and abandonment after Police say she left a 15-week-old child on the sidewalk on East Rusholme Street near Genesis East Hospital.
Iowa's Safe Haven Law allows parents to give up custody of their children without consequence if they are under 90 days old.
