The FBI Omaha Office is working on a mass violence prevention program.
The program is placing an emphasis on concerning language and behaviors that could tip the bureau off to people who could be prone to committing acts of mass violence.
The local office is working with the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit.
FBI Omaha and the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit urge people to take notice of friends, family, classmates, and coworkers showing disturbing signs they may be on a “pathway to violence.”
