(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Police say the foster mother of a 5-year- old child, who died after being found unresponsive inside a car, has been arrested.
Police say 40-year -old Juanita Pinon of Omaha has been booked into Douglas County Corrections and charged with child abuse by neglect, resulting in death.
Investigators say officers were called to the area of 93rd and Binney Streets late Wednesday afternoon after the child was found unresponsive after being left inside a car for several hours.
The child was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
