(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- According to Alliant Energy, just under 500 customers remain without power as of 8:00 a.m. this morning, after another round of severe weather barreled through the Corridor last evening.
High winds, heavy rain, and a lot of lightning hit on the back end of a hot and humid day.
So far, damage reports in the Corridor are limited to trees.
