(Davenport, IA) -- An EF-1 tornado was confirmed to hit the quad city metro area.
Damaged was reportedly caused to nearby trees, roofs, and cars.
The tornado was confirmed just south of Kimberly Road in Davenport.
The National Weather Service was able to confirm a width of 100 yards and maximum wind speed of about 100 mph.
The tornado moved about eight miles through the city.
