(Des Moines, IA) -- A pair of fundraising events in Des Moines will raise money for the ALS Association this week.
The Michael R. Myers Golf Classic will happen on Friday morning at Copper Creek Golf Course. The following evening, the Legacy Social will be held at the Embassy Club West in West Des Moines. Proceeds will go to the ALS Association as it looks for a cure for the disease and also provides support for those currently suffering from ALS.
