(Rock Island, IL) -- The city of Rock Island wants you to tell on your neighbors.
The Tell On Your Neighbor Awards highlights the most appealing or improved yard in the city.
You can nominate a neighbor by sending photos of the deserving property to douglass.kathryn@rigov.org.
Approved nominees will receive certificates of appreciation from Mayor Mike Thoms and the Rock Island Beautification Commission Chair.
