(Davenport, IA) -- Davenport City Council will meet today to vote on hiring its next city attorney
According to his LinkedIn profile, Samuel Huff IV has been an attorney with John Deere since 2020. He previously worked as an assistant county attorney in both Scott, and Wapello Counties.
According to the meeting agenda, if approved, Huff would receive an annual salary of $195,000, a vehicle allowance of $250 per month, and a $150-a-month business allowance.
