(Iowa) -- A national personal finance website ranks Iowa among the top five best states in the nation for healthcare.

WalletHub ranks Iowa fourth best in the country when it comes to healthcare. The study analyzed three key dimensions: cost, access, and outcomes across all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Among those three dimensions included 44 metrics, such as average monthly insurance premium, hospital beds per capita, and more.

Iowa topped the list for lowest healthcare cost, came in 12th for outcomes, and 30th for access. The number one state overall is Minnesota, and at the bottom of the list is Mississippi.
