(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The St. Jude Sweet Corn Festival gets underway tomorrow in Cedar Rapids.
The 49th annual event gets underway on Friday and runs through Sunday. During the festival 18,000 ears of corn will be shucked on Thursday ahead of the festival. The festival will include live music, a carnival, and more. Some traffic and parking closures will be in place during the festival.
