(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Plans for a new hotel are moving forward in Cedar Rapids' Kingston Yard District.
Kinseth Hospitality Companies and Kingston Hotel Association says architectural plans are underway for a new AC Hotel by Marriot. Construction is scheduled to begin in April of next year in an area next to Big Grove Brewery.
Kingston Hotel Associates has already closed on the land that will be the future site of the hotel.
