(Des Moines, IA) -- A police chase ends in a crash early Tuesday morning.
The Des Moines Police Department says officers tried to pull a driver over for speeding on the city's east side. Police say the driver refused to stop and led officers on a chase. The chase ended when the car crashed into a house around 3:45am. Police say the driver was hurt in the crash and treated for minor injuries, then taken into custody.
No one was home at the time of the crash.
